Access to Course Materials
After purchase, participants receive access to course modules, instructional lessons, and supporting resources available within the learning platform.
Since these materials can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility depends on the level of course engagement.
Refund Request Period
Participants may request a refund within five (5) calendar days from the purchase date.
This review period allows learners to explore introductory course materials and evaluate the learning environment.
Processing Refunds
If a refund request is approved, the payment will be returned to the original payment method. Processing typically requires 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
